The staff was accommodating and pleasant. They were ready to help and willing to fulfill requests. The free car parking was handy. The room included usual towels with tea and coffee.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. the room was clean. It was good value. the hotel provided free parking which i found handy.

The heating did not work well in my room. i saw only a small oil heater. It did not do much. i think some furniture was old.

helpful staff locked car park stained shower car park noise

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The car park was conveniently located behind the hotel and was locked overnight. (That gave me a sense of security).

The shower tray was very badly stained. It looked filthy. I also could hear the car park gate chain being opened throughout the night.

large room room desk room wardrobe smelly lift broken lift guest rule

the room was large and it included a desk. a chair and wardrobe were also available. there was a safe and a hairdryer in the room.

i found the lift to be a bit smelly. it also looked like it was about to break down. there were no guests allowed after 8pm.
